Just a small-town girl, born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, with big dreams and a long-standing love affair with makeup. Amanda has established herself as a freelance makeup artist, content creator, and independent beauty consultant servicing the Erie area and beyond.
Before founding MUAH, Amanda lent her talents to Clinique for 3 years and absolutely adored the experience. From there, she began doing bridal makeup independently as well as a duo with her mom, Serene. She is self-taught but continues her education every day by studying new trends, learning from local stylists, and taking classes from many of the greats including Danessa Myricks, Paola Orlando, Andrea Samuels, and Pooja Mehta to name a few. Amanda’s work has been featured on Netflix, Hulu, nationally published book covers, and several television advertisements as well as original content reposted to major brands’ social media accounts.
She has major goals to begin traveling more as a makeup artist and to create a collaborative community among beauty professionals in the tri-state area. She has been very fortunate to gain loyal followers and supporters through her career and is eternally grateful to those who have allowed her to be their go-to glam expert.

Her bachelor’s degree is in French & Linguistics.
She loves listening to music; her favorites are R&B, alternative, 70s funk, jazz, and world music.
She’s been to 32 states so far and hopes to make it to all 50.
Her favorite US city is New Orleans.
She loves watching rom coms and animal documentaries.
She used to dance competitively until she was 17.
It’s better you know now, she tends to swear a lot.
Her favorite workout is reformer pilates.
She prefers to cook not bake but is always open to trying new recipes.
She loves journaling & meditation.
